Specifications include, but are not limited to: The qualified and successful Development Team will be responsible for directing and coordinating an exceptional and comprehensive architectural design to work closely with the GWCC team to acquire knowledge of the facility needs. The Development Team will provide development of plans and specifications and all appropriate peripheral design and administration/coordination services necessary for the complete, accurate and fully coordinated completion of the entertainment development. The Development Team will possess specialized expertise in providing architectural services, professional engineering services, landscape architectural services, and other relevant services for indoor/outdoor mixed use entertainment development facilities proximate to professional sports stadiums, convention and tradeshow facilities, and hotels. The services shall entail, but not be limited to, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications, and construction contract administration services, and will be experienced in the design of multiple similar projects, including within active public venues of similar function. The Development Team will provide associated construction administration services, including detailed work with a Construction Manager or General Contractor firm(s). The Development Team’s team must also be comprised of firms and/or persons who will capably handle related day-to-day duties (e.g., working drawings and other design-related activities, professional engineering services, landscape architectural services and related services) required to support and progress the project in an efficient manner, including the ability to work closely in a practical way with key persons on site.
