Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Proposals No. 24-071 (“RFP”) seeking Proposals from qualified individuals or firms to produce interior bus cards for Foothill Transit’s bus fleet. For Fiscal Year 2025, it is expected that Foothill Transit will design a total of fifty-three (53) different bus cards. Thirty-eight (38) of the card designs will require laminated printing. Fifteen (15) of the card designs will be printed without lamination. Foothill Transit will require the production of four hundred (400) cards per design as more fully described in Part III of this RFP. The printing services shall be performed for an initial term of one (1) year, beginning August 2024, with two (2) one (1)-year options to be executed at the sole discretion of Foothill Transit.
