Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.1 The vendor shall provide the consoles. Consoles should be large, e.g. 34" high by 19" wide by 16" deep. 1.1.2 The consoles/boxes will contain paper records and file folders. 1.1.3 The vendor shall destroy the records in accordance with state, federal, and local laws. 1.1.4 The vendor should transport and destroy records in a timely and secure manner. 1.1.5 Under no circumstances will confidential documents be recycled and reused except as recycled content for the production of new paper products. 1.1.6 The vendor will have access to the records during normal business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM Monday-Friday. 1.1.7 Contractor warrants when it destroys TPS records that all information contained in the record is unrecognizable. 1.1.8 Locations may be added or removed for consoles. 1.1.9 Additional service requests may be made on an as-needed basis. 1.1.9.1 Document destruction of paper in boxes such as banker’s boxes or copy paper boxes may be requested. If requested, Contractor shall pick up any boxes designated for destruction within three (3) business days after notification. 1.1.9.2 Large, locking wheeled totes may be requested on an as needed basis. Contractor shall supply totes with at least a three (3) business day notice, then empty and remove totes within three (3) business days. Fees for totes shall include delivery of tote, destruction of documents, and removal of tote.
