Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A minimum of four (4) spray-capable vehicles, and at least one (1) vehicle as back-up, with proper staffing of one (1) vehicle driver, and one (1) spray operator each. 2. All proposed vehicle drivers must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) endorsed for hazardous material. 3. All spray operators must have a valid license issued by the State of Nevada Department of Agriculture for application of restricted pesticides. If spray operators are not licensed at the time of proposal submittal, they must become licensed within sixty (60) calendar days of project award. 4. All spray-capable vehicles must be trackable by real-time Global Positioning System (GPS) with data links capable of web-based viewing. 5. Proposers must provide references documenting five (5) years of experience providing services of similar scope and size.
