The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems (BEMSTS) desires to purchase trauma registry software for use by ADHS, designated trauma centers, and other Arizona health care institutions voluntarily participating in the Arizona State Trauma Registry (ASTR). The ASTR currently consists of forty-seven (47) state designated trauma centers with the expectation of adding more in the future. There are fourteen (14) level one (1) trauma centers, six (6) level three (3) trauma centers, and twentyseven (27) level four (4) trauma centers. Level one (1) and three (3) trauma centers submit a “full: data set and level four (4) trauma centers submit a “reduced” data set. Additionally, ADHS requires technical support from the Contractor for the ASTR, designated trauma centers, and other Arizona health care institutions participating in the ASTR.
