Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes: • Two separate project phases, with work to be conducted simultaneously. The below separation of project phases is for administrative purposes only. • PHASE 1: The renovation of 3 existing bathrooms in the southernmost building from nonaccessible, single use restrooms into 3 modernized, multi-stalled, ADA accessible restrooms totaling 11 toilets in 11 stalls, including 4 accessible stalls, and 8 sinks. • PHASE 2: The renovation of 2 existing bathrooms in the center building from non-accessible, single use restrooms into 2 modernized, multi-stalled, ADA accessible restrooms totaling 5 toilets in 5 stalls, including 2 accessible stalls, 4 sinks, an accessible shower space, and a private attendant care/changing space. • The demolishing of one non-accessible bathroom in the center building to increase accessibility and facility area/program capacity.
