Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. PREP ARE QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The consultant must prepare a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan for this project. The plan must include but not be limited to methods of leachate and gas sample collection and analyses, chain of custody procedures, and maintenance, calibration, and decontamination procedures for monitoring and sampling equipment. Submit the plan to DNR in the first 7 days of the contract; before doing any work beyond the 14th day of the contract, the plan must be approved by DNR. B. PREPARE SITE SAFETY PLAN Prepare and follow a site safety plan. This plan is for the consultant and any subcontractors and must incorporate all current federal and state worker safety requirements. The consultant is solely responsible for the safety of its personnel, subcontractors, and any bystanders. The consultant is not responsible for liability, claims and costs arising from activities of DNR personnel. Submit an electronic copy of the site safety plan to DNR in the first 7 days of the contract. While this is a required component of this contract and DNR may provide feedback, DNR will not approve or disapprove the safety plan.
