Specifications include, but are not limited to: Middleton Municipal Complex project in Middleton, MA is the construction of two new buildings located on a former golf course at 105 South Main Street. One building will be a public safety building, the other will be a combined Town Hall and Community Center. The project will be the re-imagined town center for the Town of Middleton with two new buildings and a new town common. The Public Safety Building will contain the new police and fire services that will be able to meet the security needs of the citizens of Middleton. The building will be a new two-story, 43,145 square foot, facility that includes police and fire operations. The fire station includes; apparatus bays, administrative offices, living quarters and support spaces. The police station includes; police offices, administrative offices, sallyport, detention, evidence, locker rooms and support spaces. The police and fire share a training room, lobby, elevator, and fitness room. The Town Hall and Community Center will provide the citizens a place to conduct town business and to be able to gather as a community. This building will be a new two-story, 21,810 square foot, town hall and community center building that includes town hall and council on aging operations. The building includes offices, a multi-purpose room, classrooms, hearing room, and associated support spaces.
