In general, the work consists of: This project is located at Roseman Hall, at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater Wisconsin. It includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing concrete stairs, the removal modification and reinstallation of ramp guardrails and handrails, some new ramp handrail, patching of the exposed ramp retaining walls, removal and replacement of reinforced ramp concrete slab including at the building entrance landing area (which also forms the ceiling/roof of a generator room, this part of the ramp must be waterproofed). It also includes the removal of an existing concrete beam to be replaced with a structural steel beam, a second steel beam and one new steel column under one of the new steel beams in the generator room.
