Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide transcription and minute taking services for scheduled public hearings of various City Boards and Commissions. This includes any special meetings and routine study session meetings set by various boards and commissions. The Contractor must attend meetings in-person unless otherwise directed by the City Staff Representative. If the Contractor does not attend the meeting but transcription service is still needed, the Contractor may be tasked with developing the minutes from the audio recording of the meeting Invoice pricing must reflect when the Contractor is not present at the meeting. There are approximately 5 to 7 meetings per week with 15 to 20 per month with the potential for more than one meeting to be scheduled in one day. The City will post the meetings on the e-board every Friday. Should there be a change the City will give a minimum notice of 24 hours as required by State Law.
