Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and services required for DCHA to install and maintain a Key Tracking System meeting the following specifications. DCHA welcomes brand competition. Offeror proposals shall indicate the proposed brand, any variation from DCHA specifications, and if any effect those deviations would have on the performance of the equipment. A. Technical and Equipment Specifications The Key Tracking System shall meet the following preferred requirements for a Computerized key management solution: 1. Large Touchscreen Monitor. Monitor shall be a minimum of 7” in diameter. 2. Touch and/or Biometric (fingerprint) access. 3. Bilingual options. 4. Standard accessories required to operate equipment to include but not limited to: keyboard, button reader, fingerprint reader, mouse, laser printer. 5. Software for audit trail on all transactions. Please provide specifications on software required to run the equipment. 6. Rack mountable server or equivalent. 7. Cabinet and/or Drawer system to accommodate each location. 8. Built-in Wi-Fi connection. Can be used as a standalone system or on network. 9. One touch building pull integration when pulling multiple keys or equivalent. 10. Yardi Interface. System must have capability to interface and work with DCHA’s existing Yardi systems.
