Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lot 1: North Elementary School Refinishing Ceilings and Walls of North Elementary Entrance: a. Demo approximately 300 Sq. Ft. of existing ceiling back to metal joists (approximately 550 Sq. Ft. has already been demoed, for the existing screws). b. Install DensGlass 1/2" sheathing on approximately 850 Sq. Ft. of ceiling using 1"-1¼" Bugle head fine thread corrosionresistant drill point drywall screw. c. Use 2" fiberglass tape and gypsum setting type compound at all joints. Use bonding agent to entire DensGlass sheathing surface. d. Use 2 coat thin stucco not to exceed¼" to 3/8" total thickness. e. Approximately 950 Sq. Ft. of stucco EIFS will be repaired on the Right, Left and front sides of main entrance, and refinish (stucco color to match existing). f. Daily Clean Up. Lot 2: Lancaster High School Repair Lancaster High School Stairwell Breezeway and Paint Existing Stairwell a) Demo existing EIFS on both sides of stairwell breezeway on 2nd and 3rd floor including all metal studs (11' long x 4' high x 16" deep). b) Replace metal stud framing using 20 ga. Metal studs @16" o.c. c) Install DensGlass ½" sheathing using 1"-1¼" bugle head fine thread corrosion-resistant drill point drywall screw. d) Use 2" fiberglass mesh tape and gypsum type compound at all joints. e) Use paper backed Metal Lath (Metal Lath must be mechanically attached through the DensGlass sheathing into the metal studs). f) Use 2 Coat Thin Stucco System Not to exceed¼" to 3/8" Total Thickness (Install stucco system in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and local building code requirements). g) Refinish approximately 900 Sq. Ft. of ceilings in Breezeway's on l't, 2nd and 3rd floors Stucco color to match existing. h) Approximately 3,320 Sq. Ft. of CMU block walls in stairwell. Approximately 420 Sq. Ft. of ceiling in the top of the stairwell. Approximately 594 Sq. Ft. of bottom side of stairs and decks (all metal). Approximately 80 Ln. Ft. of metal hand rails. i) Approximately 110 Ln. Ft. of stair stringer and all risers. 9 ornamental windows 2' x 9' both sides in stairwell. j) All surfaces must be cleaned and prepped removing any and all dirt and or rust before painting. k) Daily Clean Up
