Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selected Respondent will assess the current environment, develop a migration plan, and perform data migration services to import HAS data from legacy system(s) or flat files to the new Airport Operations Management system. FAA PART 139 INSPECTION SYSTEM 1. Capability to create discrepancies and work orders in the inspection program without duplicate work; 2. Provide status of work orders and update as the status changes; 3. Produce an inspection report acceptable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Part 139 compliance and record keeping purposes; 4. Capability to meet FAA requirements for tracking and reporting required inspections and records needed during yearly Part139 Airport inspections; and 5. Keep record of all airport condition reports and NOTAMS. WORK ORDER REQUIREMENTS 1. Assign work orders based on departments/organizations at ROC; 2. Management staffs ability to view work orders filtered by department; 3. Capability to sort work orders by assets, priority, or other filters; 4. Access work orders and create work orders from a mobile device (smart phone or tablet); 5. Email notification to responsible assets when a work order is created, edited, and closed; and 6. Capability to link any drawings, pictures, or any other related information to a work order. WORK ORDER REQUEST REQUIREMENTS 1. Unlimited amount of requesters able request work orders without a system log in; 2. A general link can be created at ROC for the ability of any airport employee, tenant, or passenger, to create a work order request for any discrepancy at the airport; 3. Capability to accept or reject work request with comment as to why the work request was rejected; and 4. Capability to create a work order based off the work request and assign them to the proper department at ROC.
