Specifications include, but are not limited to: Adhere to all business rules as determined by FWP. ( FWP legal, regulation, and business rules).Ability to add, delete, modify FWP business rules and update to conform to any changes. Ability to leverage FWP's exisiting customer database Ability to make reservations online for individuals or parties. Ability to make reservations in person at FWP offices. Ability to prevent our external providers from making reservations. Modify or cancel existing reservations. Check on the status of reservation in the mobile app, online, and/or in person. Leverage the state's active directory service for employee access and roles Allow authorized FWP staff to view the transaction history of any customer Ability to place any sites on hold/closure for administrative or maintenance purposes for a period of time. Must integrate into FWP's existing mobile app - MyFWP Be structured to prevent “overbooking” or double booking of any particular facility. Use real time technology to transmit data between all reservation channels and the data storage system so that users can see a continuously up to date available reservable sites. Ability for employee to setup, maintain, and assign attributes for each BMA* and campsite (huntable species, sections, pastures, # of guests etc.) Assign unique identification number for each reservation. Provide query tools that provide FWP the capability to create user defined reports to run reports as needed. Ability to configure time frame for reservations. Allow alerts and/or notes to be added to each location and/or campsite and BMA Search functionality based on various filters (i.e. huntable species) Ability to display site map and/or photo Must have the ability to API to/from reservations database to FWP internal customer database. Print camping permits to post on the camp sites. Camping permits must include at a minimum the site number, occupant last name and date due out. Check-in, check-out, and no show customers who have made advanced reservations. Payment processing needs to be decoupled from reservations and leverage the state's payment processors (currently PayZang or Transfirst) Reservation system must be intergrated into FWP's current licensing system to provide customers the ability to procure any FWP services in a single transaction Reservation costs are adjustable per location, site, and/or BMA. Ability to add and adjust bed tax per location Cost for the reservation system should be broken down into the initial setup, integration, and annual costs. Costs cannot be based on the number of reservations.
