The Department is contracting for a Financial Examiner/ Analyst to perform such levels of professional service as necessary to assist in the department’s regulatory oversight of insurers in Kentucky, both domestic and foreign, as required under the Kentucky Revised Statutes and the standards and guidelines established by the DOI and National Association of Insurance Commissioner (NAIC). All levels of service set forth in this contract shall be provided by Certified Financial Examiners to examine and monitor the financial stability and compliance of insurers authorized to transact the business of insurance in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Chief Analyst and Chief Examiner will determine assigned companies for the Financial Examiner/Analyst.
