Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State wishes to acquire new natural color and false color infrared orthorectified digital imagery of the entire state at a minimum 1ft Ground Sample Distance (“GSD”) resolution, though a higher resolution orthoimagery product is preferred. The State is interested in alternative delivery options such as online streaming if acceptable Terms and Conditions can be negotiated and a set of orthorectified GEOtiffs are provided to the State by the termination of resulting contract. Consultant must provide the following Services and deliverables: 3.1. Services for orthoimagery acquisition, production services and associated products that meet or exceed the specifications in this section. 3.1.1. Services to acquire precise, vertical, new natural color and false color infrared Aerial Photography. 3.1.1.1. The acquisition period for the project is June 1 – August 31, 2024 and the Project extent is the entire State of Oregon. 3.1.1.2. Unless otherwise specified in Contract, acquired Aerial Photography GSD shall be less than derivative Orthophotography GSD specification. Unless otherwise specified in this Contract, Aerial Photographs shall be acquired with a sun angle greater than or equal to 30 degrees and a minimum of 60% Forward Lap and 30% Side Lap. Consultant shall add flight lines and exposure points to minimize distortion in areas including, but not limited to, large bridges, elevated roadways, and tall buildings. 3.1.1.3.
