Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all Materials, Labor, and Network Integration/Coordination to install camera system totaling Twenty-One (21) camera devices, Four (4) Ubiquiti Wireless Devices, One (1) 16TB Server, and all other necessary components at the City of Florence Public Works and Utilities Department and the City of Florence Fire Department #2 Fuel Station. 1. Coordination will be needed by the awarded vendor and the City of Florence’s contracted IT Consultant (VC3) to include: a. Firewall/internet access from Fire Station #2 to the Public Works/Utilities Facility; b. Firewall for server to mobile devices for remote access to camera system; c. Utilize or add on managed switches based on availability for VLAN/Camera connectivity; 2. One (1) Year Warranty on the server; 3. Two (2) Year Warranty on all cameras; 4. Provide warranty repairs at no cost, including labor and equipment; 5. Software updates on server as required for one (1) year; 6. Data cable runs over 300 feet will require Paige Datacom Solutions “GameChanger” Cable; 7. Minimum requirement for Camera Stands – 3” Rigid Pipe – 20-25 feet heights; 8. Minimum requirement for Camera Stand Bases – 12”x12”x18” Concrete Base
