Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Products include but are not limited to, sneakers, slippers, shower shoes, and boots for men and women. Contractor shall offer footwear Products in flip flop, tennis shoes, sandals, boots, slippers, and step-in options. All footwear offerings must be slip on or have a velcro closure except those items listed in Section 1(C) below which may have shoelaces and eyelets. B. Contractor shall stock all market basket Products to maintain adequate levels of Products to meet delivery timelines. The Client Agency may inspect the Contractor’s facility to determine if inventory stock levels of Products meet the requirements of the Client Agency. C. Metal is prohibited in the construction of all footwear. For example: shank, shoelaces, and eyelets. However, Shoelaces and eyelets are acceptable only for line items 3, 4, 22 and 23 of the market basket Products listed in Exhibit B-Price Schedule. D. The Contractor shall provide DAS a manufacturer reseller authorization letter for each Product line it represents and is authorized to sell. The Contractor shall be an authorized reseller for the Term of the Contract. Contractor shall remain an authorized distributor or dealer of the Products offered for the Term of the Contract. The Contractor shall immediately notify the DAS if Contractor’s authorization or dealership is revoked, suspended, or terminated.
