Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Redmond is looking to establish an on-going, contractual relationship with one or more firms to provide routine surplus sales of selected items, such as, but not limited to: computer systems (including CPUs, monitors, keyboards, mice, cables), laptops, scanners, printers, plotters, servers, telecommunications phones & handsets, and UPS battery back-ups. Below is a list of basic services to be included, at a minimum, for all sales. Additional services may also be offered and purchased by the City, please include those your firm currently offers. The “Other Services” list is not intended to be all-inclusive, please feel free to suggest alternative services along with the cost of those services. Basic Services: • Ability to provide quote on a “per lot” basis (based upon individual items offered for sale using on Task Authorization Form provided by the City). Each “lot” will be offered as a lump sum purchase. • Ability to provide on-site pick-up of items – typically items will be stored in Redmond City Hall, 3rd floor South. The City has a freight elevator that may be used for equipment pick-up along with a loading dock with a motorized lift accessible from 85th Street. • Ability to sign a City provided “As Is” statement related to the used nature of the items to be sold.
