Specifications include, but are not limited to: One (1) Gas Chromatograph – Configured to operate in full compliance with the requirements of analytical method ASTM D4815. One (1) Gas Chromatograph - Configured to operate in full compliance with the requirements of analytical method ASTM D6584. The maximum dimensions (H x W x D) of each GC including auto sampler and all required accessories of instrument must be provided on Exhibit C, Pricing Pages. Each GC must be equipped with an auto sampler capable of fully automating the sample introduction process. Each auto sampler must have a minimum of a one hundred (100) sample vial capacity. Vendor is to specify the capacity of the auto sampler on Exhibit C – Pricing pages. Each GC must be fully automatic. Each GC must operate at a line voltage of 110v. Each GC must use hydrogen as a carrier gas. Each GC must have an internal leak detection system with alarm and auto shut off. j. All provided software must be supported by the software manufacturer. k. Data System software shall be included and must have the capability to generate a file that its compatible for data upload in to the state’s LIMS database. l. The operating system must be supported by the operating system manufacturer. m. Default user ID’s and passwords must be changed when the device is installed, and user id’s and passwords reset as needed. n. The operating system must accept security patches. o. Each GC must meet or exceed the Missouri Office of Administration‘s ITSD security team requirements in order to be interfaced to the state network as detailed below (section 2.2.2). Requirements for DEVICES to be interfaced to the State network. Each GC must be able to utilize a static IP. Each GC must be capable of communicating across subnets. Each GC must support data encryption in motion of TLS1.2 or higher. Each GC must support data encryption at rest of AES256 or higher. Any video camera must meet NDAA compliance. The state has specific requirements regarding the specifications of workstations/servers. Vendor must provide the specifications of the workstation/server for approval from ITSD.
