● Be responsible for all evening Janitorial duties. ● Provide 7-day-a-week, 24-hour-a-day availability for Bradford Academy facility service needs. ● Provide an initial site assessment of the facility and provide information to Bradford Academy and forward a copy to Choice Schools. ● Assess training needs and provide training to service workers and service providers through proven instruction techniques, work processes, supplies, materials, and equipment. ● Propose, develop, and implement major facility development projects with Bradford Academy. ● Provide a centralized database that will monitor all service history and track all facility management expense, in accordance with approved budget. ● Recruit, hire, train, and manage qualified technicians to perform facility-specific services. ● Keep daily records of all work performed, labor, materials, etc. ● Perform contract and project management responsibilities for services or repair work, which may be outside the capabilities of the on-site workforce. Contracted work must first be approved by the Vendor’s General Manager and Bradford Academy. ● Development and implementation of a comprehensive maintenance plan.
