Supplier shall provide solar annual arrays services one time per year including but, not limited to the following requirements: a. Check racking panel mounting ensuring it is structurally rigid. Tighten fasteners according to the rack manufacturer’s torque specification. b. Check all wind deflectors for rigid attachment; tighten according to manufacturer’s torque specification. c. Check 30% of the total quantity of panels that were not selected in prior year’s inspection, and thoroughly inspect them for discoloration, chips and cracks. d. Perform infrared scan of the selected panels for two types of circuitry connections cell on the front and junction boxes on the back. e. Check the selected panels mounting hardware for looseness and corrosion.
