Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work to include, but not be limited to the installation of emergency equipment on emergency response vehicles, to include but not limited to lights, sirens, controllers, radios, consoles and barriers. The emergency response vehicles will typically be sedans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles but may occasionally include a custom-built heavy apparatus. Equipment may be either provided by vendor or supplied by the Spokane City Fire Department. Vendor must be familiar with the installation of Whelen WeCan components and controllers. Vendor must be experienced in the installation of visible and audible warning systems on Emergency Vehicles and knowledgeable in State and Federal guidelines and requirements pertaining to Emergency Vehicle Visibility and Conspicuity. Work must be complete within four (4) weeks from the delivery of the vehicle to vendor.
