The SOW will include the following activities, implementing the designs as shown in drawings in Appendices B and C by performing necessary construction tasks to complete the project while complying with all permit requirements: • Coffee Creek - Culvert Removal & Bridge Construction: Demolish and remove two double barrel culverts Construct free span, pre-cast concrete bridge with cast-in-place concrete abutments • Coffee Creek - Bank Stabilization Construct wood toe and encapsulated soil lifts to stabilize bank Realign channel to accommodate the area needed for the wood treatment • Finger Creek - South Culvert Removal & Bridge Construction: Demolish and remove two double barrel culverts Construct free span, concrete, modular abutment bridge • Finger Creek - North Culvert Removal & Bridge Construction: Demolish and remove two double barrel culverts Construct free span, concrete, modular abutment bridge • Finger Creek – Splashboard Dam & Stream Regrading: Demolish concrete splashboard dam Regrade channel • Finger Creek – Trestle Removal and Stream Realignment Demolish portion of abandoned railroad crossing Realign channel
