Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror shall: 1. Provide therapists under contract and ready to begin work upon contract award. 2. Provide the total number of personnel it has available to fill the estimated number of positions no later than 48 hours after contract award. 3. Provide the Owner's Representative with valid certifications, licenses or registrations for license in the assigned therapist fields for all personnel assigned to the Telepractice Speech Therapy positions for approval prior to acceptance of the candidate for employment. 4. Provide a current Georgia Teaching Certificate through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission in the area of Speech Language Pathology for each candidate. 5. Provide an individual responsible for recruiting. 6. Provide therapists that are licensed speech language pathologists. 7. Provide one continuing education opportunity for all therapists serving FCS students from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA Approved CEUs), if contracting five (5) or more therapists.
