Specifications include, but are not limited to: he Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to solicit and sell advertising space in five DNR publications. The result of this request for proposal may produce multiple contracts. It is the goal of this project to sell advertising space in five (5) separate publications to generate revenue. The revenue will be used to fund a significant portion of the printing costs of each publication. The DNR publications include: Hunting Regulations (500,000 est. annual circulation); Fishing Regulations (850,000 est. annual circulation); Snowmobile Regulations (90,000 est. annual circulation); Off-Highway Vehicle Regulations (90,000 est. annual circulation); and Waterfowl Supplement (150,000 est. annual circulation). Respondents may propose to sell advertising space in any or all of the publications.
