Dedicated, native mobile application (iOS and Android) with ability to manage crises remotely in real time while synchronizing components going on and off-line due to poor communication. 4. Web based dashboards and reporting formats (Standard and customizable). 5. User and access management: Allow for easy user management which includes but is not limited to, managing permissions for segmented access and actions as well as usage monitoring as required for operational coordination. 6. Situational assessment and operational communication: Ensure the capacity for timely communications (e.g. email, chat, mobile notifications, dashboards, desktops alerts, SMS text messages) in support of security, local and regional situational awareness, and operations. Local and Regional Situational Awareness & Interoperability that can be used in decision-making. 7.
