Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 The Successful Respondent will coordinate with the County Counselor, the Office of Ethics, Human Relations and Citizen Complaints (OEHRCC), and the Human Resources Department to create and administer a County-wide Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Workplace Training Program for 2024. 4.2 The Successful Respondent will create, provide, develop, and administer an Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Training Program consistent with Missouri and Federal Law, as well as County personnel rules. 4.3 The Successful Respondent will create a training specifically for management on the same topics. 4.4 The Successful Respondent will work with Human Resources and OEHRCC to coordinate the training program to meet departmental scheduling needs, including providing training on existing digital platforms. 4.5 The Successful Respondent will work with Human Resources and OEHRCC to locate and secure training space within County buildings. 4.6 The Successful Respondent will develop communication documents and methods for scheduled training. 4.7 The Successful Respondent will schedule and deliver multiple training sessions to accommodate all County staff. 4.8 The Successful Respondent will develop reports to track attendance and communicate with departments regarding attendance. 4.9 The Successful Respondent will develop an evaluation of trainee knowledge. 4.10 The Successful Respondent will work with a negotiated budget.
