Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is located at 3101 Beaumont Center Circle. Its future use will be a dental clinic with a Behavioral Health component. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the selective demolition and new interior construction of suite 225. There will be an alternate ballistic requirement at the reception desk along with a shielding requirement in the imagining room. See list of Alternate in Architect project manual. The space types include Reception/waiting area, (3) three dental treatment rooms, open and enclosed offices space, a small Lab and Sterilization space, and a 12 person meeting room, plus small mechanical equipment room and IT closet and above ceiling sound masking.
