Specifications include, but are not limited to: Software Upgrades Contractor shall be responsible for installing, testing and implementing the Aveva Plant SCADA software patches and upgrades. The City Information Technology Division (ITD), WUD and awarded Contract(s) will be meeting to place, draft, and finalize a Statement of Work (SOW) for each project. No project can move forward out authorization from IT, WUD and where applicable, Procurement. Training Contractor may be responsible for onsite functional and operational training on existing and new equipment or Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens. City staff shall be provided with training documentation and may assist with the creation of Operation and Maintenance manuals. Training documentation should be approved prior to presenting training classes. Programming and Field Work Contract may perform field visits to investigate, document, verify and coordinate system attributes/system functionality. ALL PLC, HMI programming shall follow existing City standards. Communications and network systems support/design (cellular third party network, Modbus TCP, Ethernet TCP/IP, Profinet, Any Bus, encryption security, cellular modems and others). All programming, configuration updates or changes must be documented and approved prior to being implemented.
