Specifications include, but are not limited to: As guided by the County’s Project Team (“Project Team”), Contractor shall provide designbuild services summarized and broken out into the following tasks as further detailed in this Attachment A: 1.1 Task 1 - Develop all technical specifications and drawings necessary for the demolition and removal of the existing patio deck and restoration of the building’s exterior façade to match existing. 1.2 Task 2 - Design a relatively simple ground-level outdoor patio space and walkways with appropriate fixtures and amenities to take the place of the existing raised patio deck once it is removed. 1.3 Task 3 - Once a new patio design is approved by the Project Team, develop all technical specifications and drawings necessary for the construction of the new patio, walkways and overall site restoration. 1.4 Task 4 - Provide the County with detailed construction costs for the entire project for the County’s consideration. 1.5 Task 5 - To the extent each project element is approved for implementation, remove the existing patio deck, restore the building façade, construct the new ground-level patio and walkways with fixtures and amenities, and restore the site to complete the project.
