Specifications include, but are not limited to: On-call load rating services will be provided for a four (4)-year duration on a continuing contract basis, issuing assignments by individual work order. Detailed services will include, but not be limited to structural analysis, bridge load rating, and preparing detailed draft and stamped final load rating reports. Projects will be various bridge types located across the state as described and listed in the individual work assignments. Deliverables include but are not limited to: Preliminary and final bridge load rating reports, input models/data files, the analysis of overweight permit analysis, bridge data augmentation including updating Specifications for the National Bridge Inventory (SNBI) data and InspectX data. Load rating will primarily be conducted on the superstructure. Deck and substructure components that are integral with the superstructure will also be load rated. Load rating models will be primarily completed an AASHTOWare Bridge Rating (BrR). CSi Bridge will be used for finite element analysis when specified by the TDOT Load Rating Engineer. The use of other load rating software packages must be approved by TDOT Structures Division.
