Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide the following services to the University: 1.5.1 Data Storage and Management 1.5.1.1 Integrate and support a platform which is capable of safely storing and executing complex and scheduled programmatic queries. This storage must have the ability to scale to the growing demands of the department. 1.5.1.2 Texas Athletics is open to exploring vendor-proposed storage systems (AWS, Snowflake, Azure, etc.). 1.5.1.3 The Database must ultimately be owned by Texas Athletics who shall have equal access to raw data and source setup, as well as access to a management console to review and mutually control allotted computing power, billing, usage reports, access management, logs, deadlock reports, and check indexes. May be separately billed. The Contractor will have delegated responsibility to properly maintain and troubleshoot the data systems. 1.5.1.4 The raw data; custom views, tables, procedures, and fields; and core database is owned by Texas Athletics and must be transferable upon termination of the contract.
