Specifications include, but are not limited to: Production well drilling and construction at the Price Avenue site consists of the following: Mobilization and site preparation Drilling a 30-inch hole to a minimum depth of 200 feet Installing and grouting in-place a 24-inch diameter surface casing Drilling of a 1000 foot deep, 12¼-inch minimum diameter exploratory hole using reverse circulation rotary method Collection of drill cuttings at 5 foot intervals Geophysical logging and professional interpretation Formation water quality sampling (zone testing) using a downhole sampling tool consisting of a 6- inch diameter, 30 foot long well screen or perforated pipe attached to a 6-inch inside diameter eductor pipe with a 1.5 inch minimum diameter air line Installing gravel pack in the borehole adjacent to the screen or perforated pipe with bentonite seals above and below Air lift development with a compressor capable of supplying a minimum 750 cubic feet per minute and 350 pounds of pressure and a submersible pump installed in the drill stem capable of pumping a minimum of 50 gpm Collection of water samples Reaming the exploratory borehole to a minimum 22-inch diameter to approximately 1000 feet by reverse circulation rotary methods Installation of approximately 700 feet of 18-inch nominal diameter low carbon steel blank casing Installation of approximately 300 feet of 18-inch nominal diameter stainless steel wire wound well screen Installation of gravel pack material by means of a tremie pipe Development of the well with a dual swab air lifting tool using cable tool rig Installation of vertical turbine test pumping equipment with a pumping capacity up to 3000 gallons per minute Well development with pumping equipment Well testing by continuous pumping for a minimum of 24 hours
