Make: Cooking Performance Group b. Model: S36-N B. Purchase of new 36" commercial gas range with oven. 1. Commercial range must meet the following criteria: a. Gas Type: Natural b. Minimum Total BTU: 210,000 c. Manifold pressure 4" WC d. Max pressure: 7" WC e. Minimum six (6) top burners independently controlled. f. Removable grates for cleaning g. Must come with crumb tray. h. Range must come with oven i. Oven must be adjustable to reach 250 - 550 degrees Fahrenheit. ii. Minimum of 2 adjustable racks. iii. Minimum oven BTU 30,000 i. Maximum overall dimensions i. Width: 36 inches ii. Depth: 32 5/8 inches iii. Height: 30 3/8 inches j. Gas inlet size: 3/4 inches C. Installation of new commercial gas range. 1. Installation of the new gas range with oven must be compatible with existing fixtures. 2. Vendor must ensure newly installed range is fully functional. 3. Removal/Installation must occur during center business hours. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
