Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of an approximate 770 Square Foot building addition constructed of a pre-engineered metal building structure with pre-finished metal roof panels, concrete masonry unit exterior and interior walls, along with all associated selective demolition, earthwork, fencing, site improvements, concrete site paving, mechanical and electrical systems and services, and all necessary appurtenances as indicated on the plans and specifications. An Alternate Bid Item includes the addition of an approximate 190 Square Foot Covered Canopy as well as a second Alternate Bid Item to include additional Plumbing Repairs and associated work in the existing Building Structure.
