Specifications include, but are not limited to: TASK 1 – CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES – Lower Linda Mar Rehabilitation and Repair Project The CM Consultant will provide construction management and construction inspection services for the Lower Linda Mar Rehabilitation and Repair Project, including but not limited to the subtasks listed below. The construction project is anticipated to begin in May 2024 and be completed by the Spring of 2025. Subtask 1.1 - Conduct a Pre-Construction Meeting The CM Consultant will plan, coordinate, conduct, and document the pre-construction meeting. This subtask will include: planning and coordinating the meeting date and time; developing the meeting agenda; defining project participant roles and responsibilities; identifying key issues; defining all project administration and reporting procedures including submittal and RFI processing, scheduling, change orders, progress payments, contractor responsibility for safety, traffic control, and minimizing community impacts. Subtask 1.2 – Project Management and Construction Contract Administration The CM Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact between the City of Pacifica, the Contractor, the operations staff, the Design Engineer and others. As part of this subtask, daily construction progress and other event updating and reporting will be maintained and communicated to the City’s Project Manager. The CM Consultant will conduct weekly progress meetings and prepare corresponding agenda and meeting minutes, which will be used to track progress and act as a medium for ongoing communication and problem solving.
