Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. VENDOR will recruit youth participants that meet the following criteria: o Aged 15-25 years old o Impacted by personal or family substance use B. VENDOR will obtain parent/guardian permission for youth under the age of 18 C. Using a trauma-informed approach, VENDOR will capture information about the personal, family, and community resources used by participants to help cope with their own or a family member’s active substance use D. Using a trauma-informed approach, VENDOR will capture information to determine what additional personal, family, and community resources would have been helpful to cope with their own or a family member’s active substance use E. Using a youth-led, adult-guided approach, VENDOR will work with participants to tell their story in a format that can be shared publicly F. VENDOR will work with participants to offer a variety of methods to tell their story, for example, through art, creative writing, poetry, video, song, spoken word, etc. G. VENDOR will develop and implement a marketing plan to share youth voice stories, including leveraging partnerships for added breadth and sustainability of messaging H. VENDOR will complete quarterly program reports as required by the funder, and outlined in Appendix B.
