X X Check degree of protection and PH with PH electronic tester -record results 7. X X Inspect radiator cleanliness and for signs of leaks, wear, cracking, weak spots 8. X X Recheck torque on All engine hose clamps, tighten if necessary 9. X X Pressure Test Entire Cooling System of its rating for 20 minutes. Verify it holds pressure. 10. X X Pressure Test radiator cap of its rating, inspect and address replacement if needed 11. X X Thoroughly inspect all cooling hoses and termination points for signs or dry rot/slow leaks 12.
