Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor/technician shall be certified by the Pima County Health Department for Pool Maintenance. Provide certifications and any applicable training. • Prior to performing maintenance, technician will sign in and out at the administration office. After hour maintenance shall document the date and time service was provided in the monthly report. • Provide adequate protection of all District property and individuals while operating machines or vehicles on District property. Promptly notify the Contract Liaison of any accidents, injuries, or property damage that occurs on TUSD property. • Provide invoicing directly to the contract liaison for approval. All work outside of routine maintenance must be approved by the contract liaison. • Maintain all applicable licenses, certifications and permits; the paying of all fees, assessments and complying with all Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances related to providing specified services. • Use only chemicals, materials and service methods that comply with all current Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances related to providing specified services in a safe and health conscious manner. • Provide TUSD with Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals that will be used in providing pool maintenance services. Notify the contract liaison in writing of any changes to chemicals and include new MSDS.
