Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. All services furnished by the Consultant from the award of Contract until termination of Contract shall meet the professional standards and quality which prevail among Construction Management and Architectural and Engineering consultants of superior knowledge and skill engaged in similar works on projects throughout California under the same or similar circumstances. All services performed by Consultant shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, rules and regulations which are in force at the time such services are rendered, including the California Public Contract Code. b. Consultant shall exercise their best professional efforts to ensure attendance of all appropriate personnel at all meetings and presentations, as necessary, including, but not limited to, all subconsultants, or employees or persons under the direction or control of the consultant. c. Consultant shall exercise its best efforts to coordinate the activities of the subconsultants and City, such that the City may provide timely decisions on matters affecting the progress of the work, and to coordinate City's input and decisions that affect the performance of the overall Project. d. The Consultant shall be prohibited from any concurrent contractual involvement, employment, participation, association, or any other performance of services on behalf of any Design-Build Entity which submits a prequalification submittal and/or a proposal for the New Fire Station Building Design-Build project to the City of Selma. e. Other Consultant activities not listed, may be required and will be performed by the Consultant at no additional cost to the City, provided these activities fall within the scope of the Project as currently conceived, are related to the items listed in the Scope of Services, and are
