Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services are to include pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, permitting, and construction administration for the renovation of Fair Acres Building 19. The County retained USA Architects to do a feasibility study of Fair Acres Building 19 to see if it could be renovated for the OME and Library Services, and to draft a Program of Requirements for both the OME and Library Services. The feasibility study and programs are included with the RFP as Exhibit 1. Task 1: Pre-Design (4 weeks) - 1. Meet with: A. The Chief Medical Examiner and OME Administrator to confirm the Program of Requirements for the OME. B. The Director of Library Services to confirm the Program of Requirements for Library Services. 2. Review the Facilities Condition and Needs Assessment (Exhibit 2) report identifying system deficiencies in Fair Acres Building 19. 3.
