● Demo of existing AHU and condenser. Dispose of off site and reclaim the refrigerant per regulations. Remove piping from the roof. ● Demo the duct back as needed to leave room for the new connections. ● Remove the louvers on the N side and replace with an access door so that the filters can be stored inside for the new RTU. ● Install a new curb on the high roof directly over the old AHU. Roof in and seal. ● Install steel under the roof for support of the new unit-Engineered drawings and permits. ● Install duct through the curb and connect to existing. ● Reconnect the coils to the system. ● Insulate piping. ● Crane rental for demo and new installation. ● New RTU such as the one provided in the application or a similar product. ● Disconnect and reconnect electrical-install breakers, conduit, etc. - demo old electrical. ● Start up of new RTU- (also factory start-up) ● Controls including controller, room sensor, damper actuators and programming capabilities. ● Scheduling and coordination. ● Clean up work associated with the project. ● Delivery of material and equipment. ● Proper removal or abatement as needed.
