The Contractor will be responsible for developing curriculum related to Service and Support Administrators (SSAs), and then providing in-person and virtual training regarding the developed curriculum as described in the deliverables below: 1. Develop Curriculum The contractor will develop all proposed curriculum identified within the proposal. Curriculum will be developed for both in person and online training sessions. Training will focus on the areas, within the state-mandated assessments, where SSAs are responsible to, at minimum, do the following: A. Assess the needs and wants of the person served and their family (if applicable) through formal and informal interviews, within multiple environments. The assessment should identify: 1. Strengths and needs 2. Informal and formal resources and supports: • Community resource mapping • Personal networks • Technology 3. Priorities and concerns 4. Cultural and linguistic needs and priorities 5. Household and family structure, including an environment assessment. 6. Identify what is important to and important for the person. 7. Identify what’s working and not working for the person. 8. Daily routine and structures 9. Financial resources 10. Risk and crisis planning. B. Once the assessment is complete, the SSA identifies needs, ways to meet needs, and then takes the information gathered and incorporates it when writing an Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
