Specifications include, but are not limited to: Equipment, Materials, Installation, FCC Compliance, and Commissioning of an expansion of Visible Public Announcement System to the outside of the facility. The Equipment and Materials must be compatible existing Visible Public Announcement System if bidding other than specified brand or part number. Vendor Shall: 1. Vendor’s workers must check in at the facility Maintenance office, obtain a contractor identification badge, and attend a 20-minute contractor orientation. 2. Participate in a pre-construction infection control risk assessment. 3. Obtain and install the following material and equipment in accordance with Visiplex manufacturer recommendations: a. Wireless PA Horn Speakers with wireless receiver b. NEMA Enclosures c. Wireless Paging Repeater - High Power with Outdoor Antenna Kit and RF Transmission Line 4. Ensure all power needs are provided by TSH staff Electrician 5. Perform Commissioning of the entire system to ensure equipment, programming, and function of the system meet the needs of the facility Equipment: Shall be installed in locations designated by the facility. Operational Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm.
