The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for a mill and fill pavement replacement and Asphalt Rubber Asphaltic Concrete Friction Course (AR-ACFC) installation of State Route 89 between Yavpe Connector and Whipple Parkway in Prescott, Arizona. The total project length is 5,240 feet with approximately 40,890 Square Yard of roadway surface receiving AR-ACFC. Major project work includes 28,195 square yards of pavement milling and hauling; 5,619 tons of fiber reinforced asphaltic concrete paving with PG 70-22 TR+ binder; and 1,330 tons ARACFC installation. Other associated work includes: 2,820 gallons of bituminous tack coat (SS-1H); 3,271 gallons of bituminous tack coat for AR-ACFC, and existing roadway striping and markings restoration. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
