Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide an outline of recommendations for equipment, services and solutions required to run a successful postal solution at the College of DuPage. The qualified vendor should provide recommendations for total asset count based on the usage estimates provided in section 3.2 and consider the same number of employees operating the equipment. The qualified vendor should be prepared to provide demonstrations and a presentation to a College of DuPage evaluation committee. The qualified vendor should be able to provide the following: • Leased postal equipment and software licenses (not to exceed 5-year lease). • Total assessment of current environment. o Proposal of total solution based off current environment and usage. • Delivery, installation, and application training for all new systems and equipment provided through the lease. • Service and support on all provided equipment and applications. • A single point of contact for all account inquiries; including but not limited to service, billing, and supplies. • Pricing should be inclusive of all charges including but not limited to meter rental, meter resets, all software upgrades, maintenance, supplies, rate changes, installation, delivery, and training.
