Support the County with State of Missouri permanent records retention compliance The County’s intent for this project is for the procurement and implementation of a Permitting system that meets the key functional and technical requirements of the County. The County recognizes the need to acquire an integrated Permitting solution for supporting its core functions, to improve efficiency, and to eliminate duplication of efforts. As such, the County is seeking a vendor that can provide a replacement Permitting solution that supports local government entities with all modules in scope.
