Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Landscape maintenance shall include the care of all trees, palms, shrubs, ground covers, turf, grasses, and irrigation system of the site to affect a viable, healthy, and attractive landscape always. To ensure proactive disease detection and to maintain optimum maturing of the landscape, the Vendor shall perform all services described herein. 2. The Vendor shall submit a written report by email, within 72 hours, after each service date or as agreed otherwise, between the Vendor and the Department Contract Manager, describing all services rendered and any signs of plant disease, irrigation problems, and general health of the landscape, in accordance with Attachment I, herein attached. The Vendor shall accompany the Department Contract Manager on a formal walkthrough of the property once every month for evaluation. All damaged plants, shrubs, or turf shall be replaced at no cost to the Department if determined to be caused by the Vendor’s services. 3. The Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to perform all services provided under the contract. 4. All landscape maintenance debris shall be removed from the property after each visit.
