System Design: Create detailed AV system design including equipment selection, layout, and integration plan. c. Installation: Execute on-site installation and setup, ensuring all components are integrated and configured correctly. d. Testing and Calibration: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure optimal audio and video quality and system functionality. e. Training and Handover: Provide user training and documentation, and handover the system with confidence. 2. AV System Maintenance: a. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and calibration of all AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and lifespan. b. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions of AV equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operation. c. Emergency Response: Provide prompt response to emergency AV system failures, resolving issues within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). d. System Updates and Upgrades: Recommend and implement necessary system updates and upgrades to maintain compatibility and functionality as technology evolves. e. Technical Support: Provide technical support to Skagit PUD staff regarding the AV system, including troubleshooting basic issues and user training. f. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the AV system, including equipment manuals, maintenance records, and troubleshooting procedures. 3. Videoconferencing Equipment Maintenance: a. Compatibility Maintenance: Ensure compatibility of videoconferencing equipment with both Zoom and Teams platforms, including software updates and configuration adjustments. b. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions of videoconferencing equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless meeting experiences. c. User Training: Provide training for Skagit PUD staff on the use and best practices of the videoconferencing equipment for both Zoom and Teams.
